WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We ship out of Ottawa, Canada.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive your order 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
DO YOU SELL AFTERMARKET PARTS?
All of our parts are restoration parts that are built to factory OEM specifications, they are mostly identical to the parts that came original with the vehicle.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we process foreign orders, although shipping time and costs vary depending on where the order is to be shipped to.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once every order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Otherwise, contact us and we'll be happy to track it down for you. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt.
HOW CAN I REVIEW THE DETAILS OF AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with all order confirmation details.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Customer return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
If you encounter a situation where
1) The wrong product was shipped to you
2) The wrong product was ordered by us over the phone
3) There is a problem or defect with your product
4) You are not satisfied with the product
5) If you ordered the wrong product, we will take the product back and refund you. However, we will not cover the shipping costs on the return and there will be a 15% restocking fee on the return.
Please email customer service at email@example.com or use the "Contact Us" button on the bottom right of the website to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the request is approved, we will email you back shortly and provide you with all necessary information needed to return or exchange the product. Please ship the returned order via USPS.
Products that are returned WITHOUT a RMA number will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.
