Returns

Customer return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If you encounter a situation where
1) The wrong product was shipped to you
2) The wrong product was ordered by us over the phone
3) There is a problem or defect with your product
4) You are not satisfied with the product
5) If you ordered the wrong product, we will take the product back and refund you. However, we will not cover the shipping costs on the return and there will be a 15% restocking fee on the return.

Please email customer service at account@moparplus.com or use the "Contact Us" button on the bottom right of the website to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the request is approved, we will email you back shortly and provide you with all necessary information needed to return or exchange the product. Please ship the returned order via USPS.

Products that are returned WITHOUT a RMA number will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.

Shipping

Orders are shipped out from Ontario, Canada within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. You should expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the final destination. If the order is to be shipped to an international address, your order should arrive within 10-15 business days.
