1. Import Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipped from Canada to the U.S. are subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as required by U.S. law.
  
• These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient when checking out.

2. Customs Fees & Processing Charges

• Orders may incur customs clearance fees, which vary based on product type, value, and shipping carrier.
• Any additional handling or brokerage fees imposed by shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Payment of Duties & Fees

• Import duties and fees are included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for duties when checking out to ensure smooth delivery of their orders.
• Failure to pay required duties or fees may result in delivery delays, package returns, or additional charges.

4 Returns & Refunds

• Duties and fees paid to customs are non-refundable, even if an order is returned or refused upon delivery.
• Customers who refuse a package due to import fees may still be responsible for return shipping costs.
