Shipping policy
Update on shipping to USA : All shipments to the USA will now incur US Government Fees (import fees, duties, tariffs) which will be collected at checkout.
The US Government Fees will be collected by Moparplus during checkout and will be paid directly to US Customs. There will be no additional charges to you upon delivery - all other fees related to your shipment will be paid by Moparplus.
Any packages that are refused and sent back to us during the shipping process will have any associated return fees subtracted from the refund. Return fees can include, but are not limited to, return shipping cost, import duties/tariffs and brokerage fees.

Domestic Shipping – North America
Standard shipping within North America is handled via ground services, primarily through UPS as of March, 2026.
Deliveries are made to physical street addresses only. If you provide a PO Box, your order will be shipped via Canada Post for Canadian Customers. United States customers are required to provide a physical address as we do not provide United States postal services to PO Boxes.

International
- Expedited : 6-17 Business

International Shipping
We provide international shipping using reliable global couriers such as UPS and FedEx. Delivery to international destinations typically occurs within 10 to 15 business days after shipment, though in some cases, it may take up to 21 business days due to customs processing or regional delays. A valid street address is required for all international shipments to be processed.
If a physical address is not provided, we will hold the order for up to 10 business days while we attempt to make contact. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled and refunded after this period.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it within 180 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit after 180 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
