International Shipping
If you are planning to have your order shipped to a United States address with the intention of forwarding it to your home country, we strongly encourage you to reconsider and ship directly to your home country instead. While international shipping rates are often higher than domestic U.S. rates, bypassing the United States is almost always the more cost-effective choice for our international customers at the moment.
The primary reason for this is because of the United States import tariff/duties. Shipments entering the U.S. are subject to significant duties, reaching approximately 30% of the subtotal which are collected upon checkout from our store. By shipping directly to your country, you avoid these unnecessary U.S. based costs entirely. Even if your home country imposes its own import duties, these are typically much lower than the fees you would incur by routing your package through the U.S. first.
For smaller items under $100 USD, the difference in total cost may be negligible. However, if your order sub-total exceeds $$200 USD, these accumulated U.S. tariffs can become quite substantial. Shipping directly to your country ensures you pay only the necessary international postage and your own local taxes, preventing you from paying a premium to "import" the item twice. We recommend comparing your local import regulations with our direct international shipping options to ensure you get the best value for your purchase.
